Everyone knows buying a car can be
difficult. Lexus is changing that with Lexus Plus, an elevated dealership
experience that lets customers buy a car without all the typical dealership
haggling and waiting around.
To demonstrate just how ridiculous the car buying experience can be, we created “Négociant,” a fictitious coffee shop that treats its customers like a car dealership would.
